New Sports Centre in North Lincolnshire – Takes Up to £5.4 M Construction Cost
It’s official that the construction of a new sports centre in North Lincolnshire worth £5.4 M will begin this spring.
Handed by the North Lincolnshire Council, the planning approval became an ultimate success. In order to get approval from the citizens, the council even conferred to each of the residents to ensure that the project will meet their needs. The project will be constructed surrounding the Axholme Academy site at Wharf Road, Crowle.
Before the plan was given the go ahead, the local residents and even the pupils of Axholme Academy were given the chance to view the project at the potential site. He was very excited about it. This is because he believes that this could be a world-class sports centre. One that every resident in Crowle will take pride. Cllr John Briggs was thankful for those who really took time in giving their comments. Especially those that showed their support on the plan. Seeking comments and suggestions from the local citizens was actually part of the public consultation exercise that had made a great part on the success of the project.
